Shane Dodd, cpa

Shane Dodd, CPA is our Tax & Accounting Manager at The Reliant Group. He has worked with a wide variety of individuals and businesses in the fields of contractors, realtors, restaurants, service providers, construction, and non-profits. He brings with him almost a decade of experience in Taxes, Accounting, & Payroll. Shane currently serves as Treasurer of the Associate Board at the Dayton Art Institute, as well as Treasurer for the Southwest Ohio Wrestling Officials Association. He is originally from Troy, OH and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy from Wright State University and now lives in Springboro with his wife and three dogs. Out of the office you could find Shane golfing, traveling to the National Parks, or officiating wrestling matches in the Dayton area.
Shannon Saleh
Business development Director
Shannon Saleh is our Director of Business Development and Office Manager. She loves to wear many hats at The Reliant Group, but excels in fostering client & community relationships, continuing to improve our client experience, and optimizing our internal workflows. Shannon originally hails from West Chester, OH and now resides in Springboro with her husband and two kids. Outside of the office Shannon is also a small business owner herself, starting her own screen-printing and design business. You can also find her often volunteering in the community with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and The Cure Starts Now. Please get ahold of Shannon for any of your accounting, tax, or payroll needs!

Rhonda Hooper – Bookkeeping Department Manager is a Seasoned Financial Professional with more than 25 years of experience in analytical problem-solving, strategic planning, and project leadership. She is recognized for her commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and operational excellence. When this excel ninja / number whisperer is out of the office, she can be spotted attending military events with her children, classes at the gym, tackling home improvement projects, supporting local music, or chasing sunshine with her family.
Donna Tannreuther
Payroll Professional
Donna Tanreuther is the payroll professional at The Reliant Group. Donna has served in her role with the company for over 25 years, and is also a Certified Payroll Professional. She serves many different clients in a variety of fields, and with a variety of payroll complexities. Donna also excels in payroll taxes,garnishments, and year end payroll form processing. Outside of work Donna spends a lot of her time baking new recipes, and enjoying time with her grandchildren. She is also a proud member of Maple Heights Baptist Church where her husband is the pastor.

Chaylee Clemow is a Payroll & Operations Specialist at The Reliant Group. She is from Cincinnati and brings several years of experience across the accounting field, including bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. Outside the office, Chaylee enjoys spending time with her family and taking her two-year-old to museums, zoos, and other new experiences.
Charity Elliott
Bookkeeping and tax Specialist
Charity Elliott is our Bookkeeping and Tax Specialist. In her role, she keeps clients’ financial records accurate, organized, and up to date, and she also prepares and assembles individual tax returns. Her background includes experience in both the banking and accounting industries. Outside the office, Charity and her family can be found traveling for summer league softball games, and she also enjoys styling and cutting hair for her friends and family.
